That's why Amplify Credit Union makes it easy for you to access your tax statements both online and off. In this section, we'll explain when you can expect to receive your tax statements from Amplify and where to go in online banking to find them.

Where Can I Find My 1099 Statement?
Amplify is required to mail all tax documents - including your 1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-OID, and 1099-MISC - no later than January 31 of the current year. However, if you have chosen to receive paperless statements, you will instead be able to access these documents in online banking.
First, click on the "Statements / Notices" feature in the online banking sidebar. This will pull up a list of all your active accounts. From here, click on "View History" under the account whose tax information you would like to access. For the year 2021, your 1099 statement should be the statement dated on or about January 20, 2022. This will be easily distinguishable from your monthly statements, which are dated on the final day of each month.

When Can I Expect My Statements?
All tax statements for the previous year will be mailed to the address on file no later than January 31 of the current year. If you participate in our paperless statements program, these documents will be uploaded directly to online banking in January of the current year. For the year 2021, your 1099 statements should be available on or about January 20, 2022.
Do We Get Multiple Tax Statements for Each Account?
Amplify will generate one statement for all related accounts at the credit union. This statement can be found under your share account, otherwise known as your Amplify Savings Account. For the year 2021, the date of the statement should be on or about January 20, 2022. As a reminder, this will be easily distinguishable from your other accounts, which are dated on the final day of each month.
Why Didn't I Receive My Tax Statement?
For some members, the lack of a tax statement may be an indicator that you did not cross the Internal Revenue Service threshold for reporting. According to the IRS, any financial institution that pays you a minimum of $10 in earned interest must prepare a 1099-INT. If you maintained low balances at Amplify throughout the previous year, this may explain the lack of a tax statement.
